The Dejayce ULTRA GAIN

 Just after the launch of my DEJAYCE HOTROD OVERDIVE I had several guys asking me for even more gain! Not an easy feat because I pretty much had to start from scratch. Adding more gain sounds simple enough but boosting things in the current circuit created a lot of noise and mush and the tight response was missing. Also the EQ changed drastically!  Plus I ran out of room on the the existing circuit board. But finally after 2 1/2 years I was finally able to create  the perfect high gain distortion/preamp pedal with the DEJAYCE ULTRA GAIN!

The DeJayce Ultra Gain, as well as the DeJayce Hotrod Overdrive, both feature all analog JFET circuitry for producing a very tube like gain structure. As a result you will find that when you first play the Ultra Gain, after a minute or two the tone will gradually warm up and become more rich while producing a very high gain amp like response!

 Run this pedal into the clean channel of your favorite tube amp. Solid state is ok but you don't want any compression or gain in the channel so that the ULTRA GAIN can really shine!

 Another great feature with the ULTRA GAIN ( as well as the Hotrod Overdrive ) is the ability to plug in directly to a mixing console and record! It will deliver a huge, fat and dynamic response and save time trying to find the perfect spots for the mic!

 This unit also features the active Presence Boost which as you increase the Gain control you will need more focus to keep things tight. By increasing the Presence Boost it will help cut through the mix by adding a shimmering top end to the room or venue you're playing!
